Hello! My name is Ms. Lemay and I am SO excited to be a part of the Athens-Grafton team! More importantly, I am THRILLED to be your teacher! It’s going to be a fun year full of learning and new adventures and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us. I want to know ALL about you, but first I’m going to tell you a few things about me.
I was born and raised in Fitchburg, MA and I am the youngest of four! I have an older sister, Tara, and two older brothers, Jonathan and Taylor. I LOVE them! When I graduated from High School, I moved to Burlington, Vermont to attend Champlain College…GO BEAVERS! I majored in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and couldn’t wait to graduate and start teaching. I am currently in school working towards my Masters Degree!
Last year, I worked in third grade at MEMS as a long-term substitute and finished the remainder of the year at Flood Brook School teaching Kindergarten. This will be my first year in my own classroom! I am excited to teach fourth grade because I know where you’re coming from and exactly where you need to go!
I love taking pictures and being outdoors, I will do my best to have class outdoors when we can. The first day is Wednesday, August 26. I can’t wait to meet you! We are going to have a great year together!
